A turning wooden (steep in places) staircase takes you up to the bedrooms and shower-room. Please take care on the stairs. We suggest bringing along a pair of non slip socks or slippers to wear indoors.

Enjoy lunch in the sun
Open the gate and walk down towards Kelly's Gardens. Please be aware that you share this walkway with No 3 Kelly's Gardens, which is located next door.
Dine outside.
You can pull up to the gate to off load your suitcases before parking a10 minute walkaway.
Follow the directions to the car park a short drive from the property, it's the gravel area shown here.
St Ives harbour is a hop, skip and a jump away (or a two minute walk).
Venture down to the harbour and watch the fishing boats bobbing away.
Porthminster beach is a ten minute walk away.
St Ives has many hidden beaches, all waiting to be discovered.
The bustling town of Penzance is a twenty minute drive away. Spend the day exploring the local antique shops and maybe pick up some freshly caught fish from the local market at Newlyn.
Take a visit to Porthleven. A laid back town with some fabulous restaurants.

2 Kellys Gardens is a lovely traditional property, very well placed within St Ives and everything easily walkable. Parking is provided a short walk away. There is much to see and do in St Ives and there are shops for your every need very close at hand...

A beautifully presented and extremely tasteful cottage in an excellent location. Attention to detail inside and very clean and comfortable. Parking only a short walk. Tea, coffee, milk, jam, doggy ice cream vouchers all provided! We have stayed in quite a few holiday places in St Ives but we will be checking this one first for future trips as it was perfect for us. The dog loved it too!...
