The cottage was very well placed both for visiting Polperro itself and for exploring the wider area. It was very well equipped and very dog friendly for our dog with treats, etc laid on for our visit. The scones for a cream tea were also very welcome! We had stayed the previous week further west and we had to buy tea towels and kitchen roll so it was nice to have absolutely everything we needed supplied at Ingle Nook. The parking was also very handy!!...

Lovely cosy cottage in excellent location , hidden away from the hustle and bustle of a popular tourist resort, yet close enough for a stroll into the various pubs, restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend. Bonuses are the parking space and beautiful enclosed and sheltered patio. Everything you would need for a perfect holiday ! ...

We had a lovely stay at the cottage and really enjoyed some of its special features. The terrace was one of our favorite parts — it was a wonderful place to sit and relax, especially as we were traveling with our dog. We also really liked the nearby town, which was easily accessible on foot and very convenient. We also appreciated having a washing machine available, along with a clothesline and pegs. This was very practical and made our stay more comfortable. There were a few things that are worth mentioning for future guests. The cottage is located close to the road, so there is quite a lot of traffic noise during the day. Buses and regular daily traffic pass right by the cottage, so if you are looking for a very quiet and peaceful place, this might be something to consider. Inside, the cottage is quite compact, and the table and chairs make the space feel a little more crowded. The front door is also very low, which can be a challenge for taller guests. We understand that this is part of the charm of an old house, but a modification of the doorway could help prevent guests from bumping their heads. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the character of this unique cottage. The beautiful terrace, the convenient location, and the practical facilities made our visit enjoyable. With a few small adjustments, it could be an even more comfortable place to stay....
