St Just in Roseland is a magical place to visit.

Laburnum cottage worked very well for us as a family of 4 adults and a dog. Veryan is a pretty village and a good base for exploring the beautiful Roseland. We appreciated being able to walk to the New Inn for food and local cider. The fishing village of Portloe is a 30 minute walk away mostly on footpaths and also has a nice community pub. The cottage had a handy OS book of circular walks, which was very helpful! ...

We very much enjoyed our stay at Laburnum Cottage. It looks much as the pictures, was clean and everything worked well. The kitchen was very well-equipped and a very pleasant space - perfect for having local family over for a meal. The location was perfect, near some lovely quiet beaches and plenty of walking from the door, including to the local pub. The village is delightful. We would highly recommend this cottage. ...

A beautiful spacious cottage, perfect for 6 adults and only a short distance away from some lovely beaches and picturesque places. It's also close to Truro. There is a great pub in the village and a shop for basics - also a farm shop a short drive away. The kitchen is really well equipped and the whole place is really comfortable and very practical for holidays, with parking in front of the house. The log fires add extra warmth in the winter and make it feel so cosy. The wifi works really well. ...
