Cottage was what was advertised, beautiful garden, house spaces and great for our 7 people + 1 unborn. Location was central for our sight seeing needs. Pub Queens Arms welcoming for our party, great food.

We had a wonderful stay, a with cream tea to greet us, to fresh flowers and the house was beautiful and so well presented. My ( now ) husband and I married during our weeks stay in Helston and had a beautiful meal with family in Porthleven. The location made it ideal and it was a lovely place to set off to the registary office from and great for some lovely pictures as well. I would book again without hesitation...thank you ...

We love this house - it feels like a home from home. We go self-catering every year and this is the only property we have ever stayed in twice. Hope to make it a hat trick at some point!

Lynwood is a very quite house in a peaceful setting. Plenty of space both inside and out. Lots of space to park cars. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property.
