Owners very attentive and helpful. Great service all round, can’t fault property and a great location to explore South Devon. Would recommend. Property perfect for all weathers/ anytime of year with stunning views. We felt very cosy in February with log burner and listening to wind outside - changing landscape in sun and then rain was wonderful. Owners were very helpful, and the stay was just great. Would really recommend. The cottage is a great size and the garden and field also are deceptively large. Very clean and each room has an en suite which is fantastic.

Our stay at Grand View was a very welcome break and we thoroughly enjoyed our week. The house was very comfortable and for a holiday, the open plan design worked really well. The kitchen was a joy to cook in! Wonderful setting and views and perfect location for exploring this part of Devon....
