We found it really difficult to tear ourselves away from the magnificent view from the upstairs windows. When we did, we loved exploring the coves and walks around the Lizard Peninsula and shopping for fresh fish and seafood at Cadgwith Cove Crab. The cottage was clean, very comfortable and well equipped but, really, Frog Rock is all about that wonderful, constantly changing, vista. We've been glued to their webcam ever since arriving home... we'll be back!...

We really settled into the cottage during our week there...which, given that the previous week of our holiday had been a bit of a disaster, was a relief and a joy. It's quite small, but it has a very homely and cosy feel, and was perfect for a two-parents-and-one-child holiday. The location simply couldn't be better, with glorious views out towards Kynance Cove, superb sunsets to enjoy from the comfort of the garden cocoon, and spectacular starry skies. All the joys of the Lizard are within easy reach, or you can just stay put and soak in the peace and quiet. We'll look forward to returning. ...
