The China Dolls House was a wonderful place to stay. A stunning view from the living room, and we spent a lot of time looking out of the window watching the tides and boats. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of storage and a lovely big fridge. Beds were extremely comfortable and the whole house was really clean. No smell of dogs which I appreciated, being very sensitive to smells! The parking space was handy and easy to get our 4x4 size car in and out of. We know the area and come every year, but there’s always lots to do. We went for lots of walks along the coast path, to Perranuthnoe for lunch at the Cabin and to visit the galleries, lunch at the trehenmeere sculpture park was amazing as ever, lunch at the Godolphin was good and we could take the dog inside. We were blessed with good weather, a bit chilly but only one day with showers, and were outside most of the time. I’d love to stay again and will recommend the property to friends. Thanks for a great mini break!! ...

A small but comfortable house in a great location. The parking spot is very useful as no public parking nearby. A short walk down to Marazion centre where we found lovely shops, a good pub and the hotel has a nice beach bar. The beaches are huge at low tide & full of interest. St Michael’s Mount constantly in view & well worth a visit. Lots to do nearby as well. ...

We had a lovely week at the China doll house with our 3 children and a dog. The location is great for exploring the area around Penzance. We had fantastic visits to the St Michael’s mount, the Minack theatre (book a show if you can!), explored the Tin coast and nearby NT properties - all within a short drive. The house itself was a very comfortable base for us. Imagine the parking is invaluable during the peak season and secured garden perfect for four legged friends. The upside-down setup of the house allows for some stunning views over the Mount bay and we spend a good few hours just sitting by the window, watching the sea. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and made us feel very welcome in their sweet cottage. Many thanks Donna and John!...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, clean and comfortable cottage. It was so lovely to come home to each day. The sea view from the living room windows is fabulous! Such a wonderful place to sit with a cup of tea. It was such a treat to be able to enjoy the view of the sea while having a meal at the kitchen table. The cottage has three lovely bathrooms, each fitted with a good shower, which was really helpful for our large family! Excellent WiFi too and a washing line in the garden. It was brilliant to be able to park our car in the space, and then close the gates. Leaving the house via the front door, you can enjoy a walk down the road, with stunning views of St Michael's Mount, and within minutes you are in the heart of Marazion where there is so much to enjoy. The beach at Marazion is beautiful and perfect to enjoy with young children, with its very gentle slope and shallow water. We would love to return again for another stay soon!...
