It is well worth choosing Pender Cottage for the wonderful and ever-changing harbourside view including over to the Lizard point and out to sea, but there are many other aspects to appreciate. We found the cottage was very thoughtfully decorated and equipped, and the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area felt spacious and comfortable. Pender Cottage was a good base for exploring the area if you visit without a car, because the regular M6 bus shuttling between Mousehole /Newlyn /Penzance bus/train station is just a few steps from the front door. We discovered that there are plenty of walks that can be taken on foot starting out from Mousehole too....

We loved this cottage, it was homely, warm and well-equipped. Lovely to watch the harbour comings and goings and to sit in front of the log burner in the evenings. Coastal path walks were superb, as was the fish from the shops by Newlyn Market. Would definitely recommend ????...

I hope this is published but I doubt it. Really horrible stay, came for new year and it was ruined. Very bad cleanliness and stained sheets. I’ve stayed in mousehole for 40 years and I’ve never had this, it was the worst, very disappointing
