Pender cottage is a delightful property right in the heart of the village and on the harbour front. The views are spectacular especially from the front bedroom. It is deceivingly spacious, and is well maintained, equipped and comfortable . The bus runs half hourly through the day from the village and there are many places of interest in the area. We had a fantastic New Year’s stay at Pender Cottage. Its location right on the harbour couldn’t be more perfect—stepping out of the gate places you at the heart of Mousehole’s lively atmosphere. There’s a wonderful energy in the village, and being so close to everything makes you feel almost like a local celebrity as you come and go. Inside, the cottage is beautifully furnished, with thoughtfully curated artwork and stylish, comfortable pieces throughout. Everything is of excellent quality and in good working order, which made the stay feel effortless and relaxing. The layout is ideal for groups. There’s plenty of space for everyone to gather, cook, dine, and unwind, while still offering enough room for privacy and a good night’s sleep. It’s a place that feels both welcoming and well designed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a charming, well-appointed base in Mousehole. ...

Pender Cottage is in a great location right on the harbour, if you like watching the world go by. The shutters afford instant privacy when required. The view out to sea is wonderful . The cottage is bright and airy and comfortably furnished. It is extremely well equipped with good quality items. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. The housekeeper responded immediately when we had a small problem - thank you. Although parking was a minor inconvenience, the car park is nearby, and parking in the street for unloading was straightforward. ...

Our stay at Pender Cottage was absolutely fantastic. The location is simply wonderful, we felt very much a part of the village and enjoyed people watching out of the windows while enjoying a coffee in the morning. The view out to Mounts Bay, plus the cottage's binoculars, gave us spectacular glimpses of dolphins in the bay. The cottage is very nicely furnished, with super comfy beds and lots of space for relaxing - as a family of 4 adults and 1 teenager, we didn't feel cramped. There is a space outside for hanging wetsuits, the only real thing missing is an outdoor space to relax with a coffee; but that gives you an excuse to wander into the village. The kitchen is very well appointed, and the washer/dryer is a handy addition. The cottage is very well presented and felt very homely, lots of nice cushions and throws, lovely artwork on the walls and overall just the perfect place for a relaxing week in this gem of a village. We'll definitely return....

We loved our stay at Pender Cottage. Gorgeous views over the harbour, night and day, a very comfortable cottage to relax in after a busy day exploring the coast and perfectly equipped for a large group of friends. We would definitely recommend staying here. Also, great as spots for breakfast, lunch and dinner on your doorstep. What more could you ask for! ...
