The house at Upton Mill was comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Contact with the agents and owners was dealt with promptly. We visited the local pubs and preferred the Port William Inn. Lovely walks and interesting visits to Port Isaac.

The owner was very helpful, the space is great for big groups, and cooking equipment in the kitchen was really well stocked and made cooking for large group very easy.

We can’t recommend this lovely house highly enough. With its natural stone, it blends beautifully into the landscape. You really feel as though you’re right in the heart of nature. The sunsets over the ocean are spectacular. It’s the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries. A little family of rabbits, with three young bunnies, lives under the stairs in the garden. You really must bring a car to reach the footpath, as it’s difficult to walk along the narrow roads, where cars can barely get through. The house is very nicely furnished. Everything goes together perfectly. Nothing is missing. Thank you to the owners for everything....

We loved Upton Mill. The cottage was well laid out, plenty of parking, enclosed garden for the young ones and dogs. Plenty of space for all. Great views. Very peacful. All of the rooms were a great size with ensuite. What more could you ask for!
