We had a wonderful stay at valley view and the owners could not have been more accommodating. We had a wonderful welcome pack waiting to set us up for our arrival. The hot tub was warmed up and ready to use and just could not fault the apartment. It is really well laid out and the beds and furnishings are really comfortable. The local pub also does a quiz and a great pie and a pint for £14.99 on a Wednesday and is easily within walking distance as it’s probs a 20 minute walk. Lovely little local greengrocer at the garden centre across the main road selling all local fresh produce too. Would 100% stay here again if they would have us. ...

Fantastic Property, Fixtures, fittings, appliances all to a very high standard. Whilst sat in the open conservatory watching the wildlife was a complete joy as was the peacefulness of hearing the waves in the back ground. Hot tub was the icing on the cake. This property has the luxury of only being a 10 min drive to Perranporth Beach and a 15 min to drive to Holywell Bay both beaches well recommended and dog friendly. Stuart & Margaret were the perfect Hosts, and the welcome basket was much appreciated. Any one who has booked this property will be sure to have a fantastic holiday. Needless to say will be returning to Valley View again in the very near future....

We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay. The property was lovely & the photos and description represented it well. Their furniture and fittings were good quality & comfortable and the little added extras made our stay special. The views were stunning & the hot tub an extra treat. It was also easy to find and close to the beach & village. The hosts were amazing and so friendly with the welcome gifts a nice extra touch....

Such a fantastic, last minute find. Comfortable, beautifully furnished with everything you could need plus the bonus of a hot tub. The owner went over and above to decorate and provide goodies for the Christmas week which made it really special for us. We will definitely go back!...
