Traditional cottage stairs lead up to the first floor. Please note the two steps up to the double and twin rooms at the top of the stairs and the further two steps which lead up to the bathroom and single room.

Beautiful, spacious, cosy cottage with large, enclosed garden. Perfect for our family of 9 and 2 dogs. A short walk to the shops, beaches and harbour. (Bit of a steep climb back up but kept us fit!) Parking for 2 cars- it was easy to park our 3rd car in the long stay car park in town. Highly recommend. Want to return! St Mawes is stunning. ...

Lovely cottage in beautiful spot. Very close to st Mawes (400m) but must be fit to walk back up the hill. Great facilities available in property, and garden is such a nice extra. Perfect for a family get away

After a day out exploring the local beach and lovely eateries of St Mawes you do have a bit of an uphill walk to get back to the property; but we hope that you agree that it was totally worth it for the elevated view and parking for two cars.
