Had a lovely short break at Streamside Cottage. The location was excellent, the cottage is warm, well furnished and decorated; the kitchen well stocked with all the pans and utensils you need for cooking. The garden is private and quiet. Easy access to loads of footpaths and walks along the Otter. The village has a small shop and the Otter Mill farm shop and cafe are excellent. Would definitely book again....

We had a lovely stay at Streamside Cottage, it was a well maintained and homely cottage. The garden was dog friendly. There were beautiful countryside and river walks on the doorstep, and a dog-friendly pub you could walk to. Otterton Mill had amazing cream teas....

This is a well appointed cottage, with space and comfort for all guests, including our small dog! It is a perfect location for the local town of Budleigh and the village itself has a great little shop and the pub was buzzing on quiz night! Footpaths from the doorstep were beautiful, especially with all the autumnal foliage. We will certainly be back to this gorgeous little thatched cottage by the stream. ...

Beautiful and comfortable cottage in convienient position. The garden was delightful and private. Lovely walks from the cottage to the river Otter and to the coast. Would definitely book again.
