The Lookout House is a lovely cottage with a stunning view over Kynance Cove. The walks from the door are lovely and numerous. The cottage worked really well for our family of 5 and our dog and the access to village facilities and the stunning countryside was great. The cottage is light an airy with really nice shared spaces and good bedrooms that facilitated a great weeks holiday. Lizard has some good eating and drinking offerings, we would recommend Fallowfields at Housel Bay Hotel for a grown ups night out and Annes Pasties for everyone Finally, the neighbours and the couple who look after the cottage were friendly and really helpful. ...

The lookout house is in a fantastic location . Views overlooking kynance cove from the back & overlooking the sea from the front of the property. Situated on a quite road, in a residential area . Very well equipped , for us humans & dog .! Beds , bowls for the dogs . Soap, shower gel, toilet rolls etc all provided .! lizard village is only a few minutes walk away & a 10 minute walk to lizard point . We did manage to see the seals. Many surrounding beautiful little fishing villages a short drive away. Coverack , mullion , cadgwith, mouse hole to name a few . A very peaceful part of the country which is also dog friendly ! Only disappointment for us which let this property down is we feel it really needs a deep clean . Hence only the 4* ...
