There are lots of great places to eat and drink in the maritime town of Falmouth, including Customs House Quay, pictured here.
The Prince of Wales Pier in nearby Falmouth is a great place to hop on a local ferry or boat trip (why not hop over to St Mawes?).
Stunning Kynance Cove on the Lizard Peninsula is well worth a visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Woon. Hosts gave us a warm welcome. They were most helpful, especially regarding my husband's disability needs; loved the scones on arriving! Bed comfortable and shower was great. It was nice to have a private outdoor area to sit in. The location is quiet, in the middle of countryside and the hedgerows full of wild flowers all along the little roads nearby were a delight in May. We May be back!...
