Wow. The view is the first thing that hits you when you arrive upstairs - it is unparalleled and a real feature of the property. You can enjoy watching the waves and activity on the beach whatever the weather either from the extremely comfortable lounge or the spacious outside terrace. Everything about this property oozes luxury and comfort with thoughtful touches throughout - we especially appreciated the welcome Cornish cream tea, wine and flowers and made good use of the coffee machine, fully stocked with beans, throughout our stay. I would highly recommend Rock to anyone searching for a relaxing holiday really close to a wonderful beach, with magnificent views, at any time of the year!...

Excellent, well appointed holiday home set in a fantastic location overlooking Portreath beach and sea. This upside down home, with floor to ceiling windows in the upstairs living area certainly make the most of the stunning views. The two main double ground floor bedrooms also share the same amazing views. We spent many a happy hour just relaxing, watching the rolling and crashing waves as the tide came into the small harbour and beach immediately below. There are always plenty of surfers, body boarders, paddle boarders, swimmers or kayakers to watch too. Portreath is also well placed to visit places such as Padstow, Newquay, St Ives, Penzance. Excellent customer service provided by Classic Cottages and the housekeeper, Steph. A spotlessly clean and tidy property. Highly recommended....

Absolutely beautiful property that exceeded our expectations! The views and sunsets are spectacular and the interior furnishings and fittings are fabulous. We would definitely stay at Rock again!
