Smugglers Cottage is at the head of a beautiful valley above the coastal village of Branscombe. There is a fully enclosed parking and garden-area behind the cottage.

The views from this room stretch all the way down the valley in the direction of the village. It is a lovely walk as the little lane is so quiet.

What a peaceful place to sit and relax. With the pond in front of you (please take care with children) and the valley stretching away down the hill.

This little tram runs between the historc village of Colyton and the Jurassic coast at Seaton, following the Axe estuary through two nature reserves.

The cottage was a delight to stay in. It's attractively decorated, spacious and very comfortable with a pretty terrace for sitting or eating outside with stunning views over the verdant valley below. The sunsets and star watching were spectacular from here. The house is in a perfect location on the edge of the village with great walks to the beach, the village store/tea shop and the pub. Ross was a great host - very welcoming, attentive and helpful. We would definitely visit again. ...

Amazing, quiet, beautiful Smugglers Cottage. Lovely walks in every direction and a 5 minute drive to Branscombe beach that my children have put in their top 3 beaches ever!!

nice clean cottage in rural spot quiet location , Mac ( the farm dog) adopted us and was very friendly .
