My stay at Little Gem was fab the cottage was very clean & tidy & everything was catered for so all credit to the housekeeper. Lerryn is a lovely place to stay & i was sorry to leave enjoyed several ice creams & pasty from the Riverside store sitting by the river in the sun was great. Had no issues with parking outside the cottage all week, booking the cottage was very easy with good communication. Now im back at work & looking to book for the next holiday in Lerryn Many thanks ...

A really lovely cottage in a beautiful and relaxing location. Just to note though the spiral staircase would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

Very pleased! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, using the interior and the outside space to the full. Location great, especially for walking and also for getting to know locals. Off the beaten track, relaxed and tranquil. We shall return!

Third time we have stopped here. Love the location, lovely village. Some excellent walks from the village. Little Gem is a perfect base and great for couples. Don’t bring a big suitcase as you will struggle getting it up the spiral staircase (hold all’s are better) Great that it has a washer/dryer so no need to bring a mountain of clothing ...

Lovely cottage in beautiful location. Great base to explore Cornwall from, but also lovely village with all the services you'd need if you just wanted to kick back and relax for a week or 2.
