Great property with a very high spec of fixtures and fittings and secure parking provided. superb view from the balcony. Set away from the main hustle and bustle of St Ives but only a 15 minute walk into town or 5 minute walk onto Porthminster beach for the reasonably fit (uphill all the way back!!). ...
