Absolutely beautiful apartment. Very well equipped, all the equipment was very high spec. The beds were very comfortable. The location is fantastic for St Ives, Porthminster beach was 10 min walk. Would stay again at a heartbeat. Fabulous.

Fabulous views and location. Apartment is to a very high standard. Nice large wide patio and well stocked kitchen.
Housekeeping welcomed us in which was very helpful. Bottle of wine left in apartment too!

A Lovely modern apartment with nice views and perfect location for St Ives. Property does get very hot at night and wi fi not so good. Super clean with decent beds. Sometimes you can hear the neighbours upstairs .

Although the property was exceptionally clean and the housekeeper is first class, the walls between this apartment and the next one (from the master bedroom perspective) are paper thin and we could hear absolutely everything that was said by our neighbours. The neighbours had three small children who got up around 6am every day and woke us up. We complained to Classic Cottages but this did not seem to result in any change and no-one followed up with us after we were told that Classic would speak to the neighbours. This is a real shame as the apartment is in such an excellent location - the build quality simply isn't good enough and we returned home more tired than when we set off on holiday. To get around the problem we had to resort to sleeping on the floor of the single bedroom. All in all this was a very poor experience for a large amount of money and we didn't feel that Classic cared about that in any way....

We can assure you that the apartment building is in line with the building regulations at the time of construction, but we are pleased that you enjoyed the location. We have very little control over the day-to-day noise of other members of the public staying in the other apartments and we are sorry that you were disrupted.
