Given the very fine weather in Penzance, August 27 th - September 3 rd, we spent many hours enjoying the garden, and appreciated both its quietness, privacy and closeness to all amenities: promenade, shops, jubilee pool, and walks to Newlyn and Marizion. We had a great holiday at Greg’s Cottage. The gardens are beautiful and a real treat to come ‘home’ to. Loved the modern shower room and all the useful equipment in the kitchen. The cottage was clean and tidy, with a full clean taking place mid-break as we stayed for 2 weeks. The parking space is a real bonus. Location is excellent- you can easily walk to the sea, shops, pubs and restaurants. Penzance ideally positioned for exploring West Cornwall. We would definitely recommend Greg’s Cottage! ...

Very nice garden but the photos of the property don't show that some of the furniture is scruffy and worn. Whilst we are in a pandemic, it is not right for the owners to actually enter the property after cleaning and to handle things and touch surfaces....
