Bedroom 1 on the ground floor is a very sweet room, perfect for children.

Bedroom 2 on the top floor has the option of a three foot bed. If not required, this makes for a wonderful chill out area. Please be careful of the sloping ceiling.
The double bedroom (Bedroom 2) has an en suite bathroom. Take care on the low ceilings as you enter the bedroom or bathroom.

Bedroom 3 on the lower floor is a well positioned twin room, close to the wet-room that is shared with Bedroom 4.
The third bedroom is flooded with natural light.
The wet-room on the lower ground floor sits between bedroom 3 and 4.
Bedroom 4 is on the lower ground and benefits from its own patio-area. This room also has a single bed option and is situated next to a large wet-room.
Bedroom 4 has a single bed making it the perfect family room.
Step out of bedroom 4 on to your own private patio and outside shower for those warmer days. There are also steps up the the main decking area.

Wembury beach is a short stroll from the property, and what a treat is in store when you get there. A really family friendly, sandy beach.

A great day out at the beach is guaranteed, especially as the beach is right on your doorstep. Pack a picnic and head off for the day. If you don't fancy the walk, there is a car park only metres away.

The parking-area in front of the house has space for up to three cars. Take care with small children as there is a drop on one side.
Wembury Beach has an excellent little cafe for a warming hot chocolate after a dip in the sea.
Head along the coast path to Heybrook Bay the scenery is simply fabulous.

The south coast is home to some stunning beaches.

Beautiful property and great location to beach and costal walks. The property needs some updating and attention otherwise very convenient for families who need plenty of space on their holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mewstone View. The house was well equipped with everything that you could need and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were all an excellent size and very comfortable. The view from the decking area was stunning and even better from the top bedroom. Good location for exploring the local area. Only issue was there was no phone signal but there was good WiFi connection so we were still able to contact people when we needed to. ...

Fantastic position overlooking Wembury Beach, spacious accommodation, well appointed. Bathrooms and bedrooms on every level worked really well for the needs of our group, especially the upper ground level which is ideal for older guests because they don't need to go up and down stairs. The deck is a fantastic space really adding to the wow factor. The outside shower on the lower ground level is brilliant for washing down the dogs, wet suits and other beach equipment. Although Wembury beach is not dog friendly in the summer the beaches at Wonwell, South Milton, Bovisand, and Salcombe North Sands are and aren't too far away....
