The master bedroom has a king-size 5ft bed.
Bedroom 2 has a characterful sloping ceiling - and therefore a slightly lower than standard, 4ft 6' double bed.
The ground floor cloakroom is very spacious.
The bathroom has a large shower cubicle.
The perfect place to relax at the end of a day exploring Dorset.
The Old School Gables is attached but completely separate from The Old School House and has plentiful private parking and a sheltered patio space.
The popular pub is next door to the cottage, serving traditional pub food. You are advised to book for weekend meals - Phone numbers for booking are 07720 948 100 & 01308 867 930.

This beautiful cottage was the home of the Dorset novelist, Thomas Hardy and is one of a number of places to visit near Dorchester, that are connected to the author.
