Beautifully furnished, comfortable and really well equipped, Sixpenny Barn was such a find. Up the lane to a small hamlet, it was wonderfully peaceful, with a bridleway leading to some lovely walks. The garden was delightful for that early morning coffee and the garden room perfect if it was a little chilly. Ideal location for exploring the amazing local beaches (Porthcurno, Perranuthnoe, Sennen), for fabulous costal path walks (Zennor, Gurnards Head) and the delights of Newlyn and Mousehole. Highly recommended....

This barn is out of the way which is wonderful if you like walking and quiet spaces. It is glorious in the secluded garden and if it gets chilly move into the sun house which is a sun trap. The small hamlet is very friendly and the local farm sells fresh eggs otherwise there are plenty of shops and stores en route from Penzance....

Another wonderful stay at Sixpenny Barn! Spotlessly clean and everything we needed for our stay, just as before. The fresh flowers and locally made treats are such a thoughtful welcome gift from Sarah the owner. Perfect location for exploring and certainly our favourite cottage to stay in…we will be back!...
