This fabulous duplex apartment really makes the most of the wonderful views, where you can watch the ships roll in and watch them roll away again. French windows lead from the kitchen/dining-room onto the waterside terrace, the perfect place for breakfast or leisurely meals in the evening. The first floor sitting-room has a huge bay window and a Juliet balcony where you almost feel like you are on the water.
The property oozes comfort and luxury, ensuring you are able to relax fully and enjoy all the wonderful living space on offer. The kitchen/dining-room on the ground floor is a lovely, sociable space and in the warmer months you can open the doors to bring the outside in. Gyllyngvase beach is just a mile away with paddleboards available to hire, and Swanpool beach just a 10 minute walk further along the coast path, offers many water sports, tuition and more importantly both have fantastic cafes too.
