This gorgeous home, just a stone's throw from the seafront, has sea views from the sitting-room and the luxury of your very own private garden, giving it all the ingredients for a perfect holiday on the Isle of Wight. Start the day with a morning dip then saunter back for coffee on the patio before heading out to explore the delights of the Island. A five minute walk takes you to the centre of Seaview, a charming Edwardian resort with superb views across the Solent. The resident cafe, Lilys, serves breakfast and lunch with seating indoors and out, and the Seaview Hotel offers more formal dining alongside a more relaxed vibe on the terrace. A pretty good way to start the day!

The kitchen/diner, to the front of the property, is spacious and light and has everything you need for leisurely meal times during your stay. The large sitting-room is a wonderful space to relax, it has doors which open out to the enclosed garden and patio area. Why not sit back on the sofa with a good book and admire the sea views before heading out to explore. The garden is fully enclosed with gated access to the beach, which is just a few steps away.

The three bedrooms are on the first floor. The main bedroom has an en suite shower-room and a wonderful private sea-facing balcony. Start the day with your morning cuppa, breathing in the sea air and take a moment to admire the panoramic view over the Solent. There is another twin bedroom and a single room, all stylishly furnished to provide the ultimate in comfort for guests. There is the luxury of an additional family bathroom with a bath and shower overhead.

Seagrove Bay is the closest beach, part shingle leading to soft sand when the tide goes out. An idyllic spot to stroll along into the neighbouring Priory Bay, both bays offer good swimming conditions with shallow waters and sand underfoot. As Limpets is so close by, you can nip home for lunch in just a few minutes and when the tide permits you can walk along the water's edge into the village of Seaview. Why not sit for a drink at the Seaview Hotel or The Old Fort both offering outdoor seating with sea views. The day cannot pass without the obligatory ice cream from the local delicatessen. The community store has a fantastic range of locally sourced produce, perfect to stock up on the essentials without having to go very far. A little further afield you will find the pretty village of St Helens with traditional green where you can watch local cricket matches in summer. Travel along the harbourside with picturesque houseboats to Bembridge where you will find five miles of beach, an iconic lifeboat station and a fabulous choice of restaurants, cafes and shops.
