We had a lovely week staying at Popplestone with our 2 dogs. The house was lovely and we had everything we needed. The enclosed/fenced garden was great for the dogs who also enjoyed being visited by the owners 2 dogs. The owners are lovely and close by but not intrusive. Beautiful views in totally peaceful surroundings. Wouldn't hesitate to return. The homemade scones and homemade blackcurrant jam and clotted cream were delicious and the other provisions left for us were welcomed. ...

Comfortable and spacious accommodation which was well-equipped. Welcoming, friendly owners who left us to ourselves. The home-made cream tea when we arrived was very much appreciated. The cottage is located in a very tranquil spot with amazing views, yet it is only three miles away from Honiton with its good road and rail connections.
