Poised minutes away from Porthcurnick beach, this comfortable modern cottage has lovely sea views out to Gull Rock, Nare Head and beyond. One of a terrace of four, there is a pretty blue and white downstairs twin bedded room complemented by the main bathroom, whilst the spacious upstairs double room has a king-size bed and its own en suite shower-room. The wooden-floored living-room, cosy for out-of-season breaks with an electric wood-burner effect stove and bright rugs, opens out into the fully enclosed Mediterranean-style garden.

The coastal path runs alongside the beach so you can easily walk to the nearby village of Portscatho, with its picturesque harbour and a good selection of shops, galleries and welcoming pub.

Porthcurnick is a beautiful south east facing sandy cove, owned by the National Trust, just north of Portscatho on the Roseland peninsula (access is a short walk from the car park). There are lots of rock pools, ideal for children to spend hours exploring, and other smaller beaches nearby are accessible at low tide (don’t forget to check the tide times). We also strongly recommend you check out the Hidden Hut beach cafe for drinks, snacks and evening specials, in the summer months.
