Sitting in an enviable position with stunning views across Mount's Bay towards iconic St Michael's Mount and beyond, Sea View House certainly lives up to its name! This contemporary semi-detached house is reverse level to make the most of the fabulous views over the railway to the vast open seas of the English Channel, from Lizard Point in the east to Gwennap Head in the west. From dawn to dusk sit and admire miles of golden sands whilst watching the tide ebb and flow and perhaps even admire a kite surfer or kayaker paddling past.

Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all with comfy beds and cosily furnished. The main bedroom has the added benefit of an en suite shower-room, so no queuing here for that early morning shower. Bedroom two has three-foot single beds, ideal for either adults or children and bedroom three has bunk-beds which the children in the party will love. Both the main bedroom and the twin-room have access to the decked patio, the perfect spot for a morning coffee.

Climb the stairs where you will find the spacious open-plan first floor, light and bright thanks to the huge floor to ceiling windows and the perfect place to take in the view! The large dining-table sits opposite the kitchen area so guests can sit and chat whilst the chef prepares dinner. A south-facing balcony leads from this floor, where you can gaze out to sea and watch the occasional train travel past.

Blessed with two outside patio areas and walks from your door into the local village and over the crossing onto the beach, this really is a fabulous place for a family holiday or perhaps for a group of friends looking for a getaway, and even your four-legged friend is most welcome here.

Far west Cornwall is blessed with a temperate climate, gorgeous coastal walks and more than its fair share of fabulous golden sandy beaches. Days out exploring the area will be such a treat, starting with St Michael's Mount, a walk away from Sea View House and a truly fabulous National Trust property.

Marazion is a gentle stroll away and perfectly placed for dinner if the chef wants a night off. Penzance, again a short stroll west, has a great selection of eclectic shops and swimmers will enjoy Jubilee Pool, the largest Art Deco sea pool in the UK, beautifully restored and warmed by geothermal water. On the north coast, iconic St Ives is a must for its effervescent light, cobbled streets and gorgeous beaches. Sea sport enthusiasts should head for Sennen Cove to surf and Gwithian is renowned as a mecca for kite surfers. However you plan to spend your holiday time, you really have found a gem of a property here at Sea View House.
