As you head up the stairs you will find the two bedrooms. This is the main bedroom with a comfy double bed.
Heating at Mrs Higgs is supplied solely by the three wood-burners. One in each bedroom and the third downstairs.
This truly is the most charming getaway, allowing you to experience life from a time gone by.
The second bedroom is a twin, perfect for children or friends if you are on a group getaway.

Created in the late 18th century, this beautiful National Trust location includes 10 acres of riverside gardens, ancient trees, Roman ruins, picnic areas and a walled garden. Situated on the river Wye, the cathederal city of Hereford is centrally located in the country of Herefordshire. Wander the pretty streets with half-timbered houses and enjoy shopping on Church Street with a fabulous selection of independent shops and eateries or make your way to the Old Market for shopping, dining and a cinema. Head to the Wye for a relaxing stroll along the riverside, there really is something for everyone here.
