Situated in the village of Hackthorpe, The Lowther Castle Inn is a traditional Cumbrian pub with a private car park. A log fire will keep you cosy in cooler months and food is homemade using fresh local produce.

Allonby has an impressive five miles of beach of sand and shingle. With views across the Solway Firth, you can also see the Lake District and Scottish Fells on a clear day.
