Here you'll find a shingle beach which sits in-between Shoreham-by Sea and Worthing. Dogs are allowed year round which is great for dog walkers as there's a vast swathe of compact sand exposed at low tide. The beach is popular with sailors, windsurfers and kite-surfers. Please note there is no lifeguard cover.

This gentle walk will take you along the banks of the reservoir and through pretty countryside to several bird hides. This easy trail is one and a half miles long (return trip) and has benches along the route, perfect for picnics. In the High Weald Area of Outstanding Beauty, this pretty village sits to the south east of East Grinstead. Close to Ashdown Forest it's the ideal place to visit for walks, cycling, rambling or horse riding. If you'd like to experience a journey with a difference, the Bluebell Railway will take you back to the Victorian era with a steam train ride through the surrounding countryside.

Perfect

Lovely pub, fantastic service and great value for money. Will definitely be visiting again

Welcome to a 200 acre community owned farm where you can enjoy browsing in the farm shop for local produce including vegetables, dairy, bread and honey amongst other delights. There's also barista coffee served from a horsebox in the coffee barn and a wood burner to keep you toasty in winter.
