Swallows' Nest

Resting in a secluded corner of rural Cornwall yet perfectly placed to explore the gentle waters of the Helford River, Swallows' Nest is a soulful and quietly luxurious barn conversion, which has been very recently renovated. Semi-detached to its sister property Starry Skies (available soon), yet perfectly private in its own right. With soft rendered walls, timeless interiors, and a warm Tuscan vibe throughout, this very special place is an amazing opportunity to experience a unique type of escapism and connect with nature and your loved ones.

Ascend several characterful stone steps and enter through a gorgeous handmade solid oak front door. Step inside and underfoot, the comforting weight of the oak flooring guides you through this inspiring space which is grounding, refined and charming. Boasting a reverse level design, the heart of the home is upstairs, where vaulted ceilings and exposed beams crown the open-plan living space.

The kitchen is both stylish and serene, with soft, earthy green Shaker-style cupboards that compliment the dramatic backdrop of mature gardens outside. The space is sociable and open plan with a flowing dining and sitting area that is beautifully furnished with rich ochre sofas and a magnificent mullioned window.

The bedrooms are on the ground floor - two restful rooms with their own thoughtful touches. Bedroom one with 'zip and link' (king-size or 2'6" twin) beds, features a private en suite with a walk-in shower and a roll top bath, cleverly designed with two doors, this bathroom serves both rooms, blending privacy with practicality. The second bedroom with a king-size bed, has the most gorgeous shower-room with terracotta tiles imported from Italy - a nod to the timeless beauty of a Tuscan farmhouse vibe throughout this very special place.

Guests staying at Swallows' Nest and the other two properties here (soon to be available) are warmly welcomed to share and enjoy the on-site comunal wild spa - a deeply restorative space just a short stroll away. Swim freely in the unfenced, reed-filtered natural pond beneath the willow tree canopy or unwind in the wood-fired sauna and hot tub, both open for guest use on Sundays and Wednesdays. A short break includes one spa day, while week-long stays include two sessions. Additional days can be booked with the owners, who live and work here. There's also a beautifully designed yoga studio on-site, available to book for personal practice or peaceful reflection.

Adjacent to Starry Skies is the one-bed property Darling Chestnut, (both coming soon to Classic Cottages) and will be available to book together for larger party special celebrations, family events or friend reunions.
