Merryfields is the ideal holiday getaway for both families and friends and offers a relaxing country stay in the tranquil Wiltshire countryside. The perfect base for enjoying a visit to the Cotswolds and the popular spa town of Bath which is a just a short drive away.

This inviting family home, which was designed by a musician who was once a drummer for Ozzy Ozbourne, has four bedrooms, one en suite, and a family bathroom. The magnificent folding glass doors on the ground floor allow you to enjoy the outside whilst keeping your indoor comforts and a wonderful space for creating holiday memories.

As you enter the grand pillared doorway you are greeted by a wonderfully eccentric lobby complete with an ornate decorative faux door and impressive Chopper (for decorative purposes only). A hallway leads to a wonderfully social kitchen and dining-area, complete with breakfast-bar and round dining-table…perfect for entertaining larger groups. In the summer months why not open up the sliding glass doors and watch the sun go down as you enjoy your favourite meal.

For those looking to keep their fitness levels up during their stay, a small gym area (used at guests' own risk) is located off the hallway and is equipped with exercise bike and free weights, or the ideal place for a spot of yoga and calm.

For those budding musicians, why not pay a visit to the Music room adjacent to the gym, where you can practice those drumming techniques, or you may prefer to " tickle the ivories",or perhaps you prefer to strum the guitar.

There is even a full-size table-tennis table to keep you entertained, you really will have all the ingredients for the ultimate, cosy night in. Arguably the main feature of the house is the most spectacular views from the panoramic sliding doors where you can step outside onto the grass, offering a charming dining/seating area inviting you to unwind under the stars. This part of the garden offers a tranquil retreat, It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening conversation.

Upstairs there is a substantial family bathroom fitted with shower and separate bath. All four bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable king-size beds, with the principal bedroom having its own en suite shower-room.

The south-facing garden features a blend of patio and lawn, with a gas barbecue (available on request) and multiple outdoor seating areas so you can enjoy the warmer evenings al fresco style, while taking in the breathtaking views overlooking acres of the rolling hills and the valleys of Wiltshire and Somerset.
