Perfectly located in the charming village of Appledore, with the pretty harbourside, shops and galleries just a stroll away, Seagull House is a beautiful holiday abode found in a terraced row of similar cottages.

In an elevated position overlooking the village, Seagull House has been stylishly designed and offers a warm welcome to either a family looking for a summer holiday or a group of friends seeking a north Devon getaway. This gorgeous home offers contemporary living at its best!

On the ground floor, the cosy sitting-room is decorated in relaxing pastel shades with stylish shutters and the Smart TV will provide entertainment after a busy day exploring. The kitchen/diner is well designed with all the equipment you'll need to cook a holiday meal and a separate utility-room is home to a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer as well as that all-important wine fridge. Through the utility-room you will find the handy ground floor bathroom with bath and shower over.

Climb the stairs to the three charming bedrooms and a family shower-room. Bedrooms one and two have comfy king-size beds whilst bedroom three on the second floor has two double beds, divided by a partial wall and ideal for either adults or children. The family shower-room on the first floor is ideal for a refreshing shower after a busy day.

Outside to the rear, Seagull House has a gorgeous, secluded garden on raised beds with different levels divided by sleepers. At the top of garden, you can enjoy al fresco dining in the Devonshire sunshine, bliss! In an enviable position overlooking the pretty village and within easy reach of the best north Devon has to offer, Seagull House has all the ingredients for a magical holiday.

Appledore is a charming fishing village, with a lovely promenade overlooking Instow across the estuary, a good selection of shops and an award-winning deli called Johns of Appledore, the perfect place to stock up on your holiday treats. On Monday evenings head to the local pub in Appledore where the brass band will keep you entertained whilst you enjoy a drink or two. Walkers will have lots of options when it comes to hiking including taking the coast path along the side of the estuary to the vibrant town of Westward Ho! a gentle hour-long stroll away.

A seasonal passenger ferry runs to Instow where you will find miles of sandy beach and it's dog-friendly too! There's a couple of good pubs, ideal for re-fuelling, and the Tarka Trail ideal for either walking or cycling.

Any surfers in the party should head for Westward Ho! where there are miles of flat sandy beach at low tide and the Atlantic rollers provide great conditions for both bodyboarding and surfing. With so much to do close by you may choose a car-free holiday, but if you do decide to explore further afield head for the gorgeous hillside village of Clovelly, pretty as a picture and great for a day out. The market town of Bideford is a short drive away where you will find a good selection of eclectic shops and cafes. If you fancy a day trip to Lundy Island to see the wildlife, you can catch a passenger ferry from the quayside here.

However you plan to spend your blissful holiday days, Seagull House provides the perfect base for your north Devon getaway.
