KingA charming apartment with dramatic views over the Lizard peninsula; Lowenna means 'joy, happiness and bliss' in the Cornish language which we believe is the perfect description for this little haven. The property is in a fabulous location perched on the headland next to Coverack, you have direct access to the South West Coast Path which leads to a pretty sandy cove from the private communal gardens.
Lowenna is on the second floor of the former Headland Hotel (please be aware there is no lift), you will be greeted by a light and airy open plan living space and will feel instantly calm in this tranquil retreat. The apartment is stylishly furnished to ensure it is the perfect relaxation pad.
Sink back into the Chesterfield sofa with a glass of wine after a day on the coast while your loved one cooks you something romantic in the compact but well-equipped kitchen. Large windows look out over the Lizard peninsula and towards the coast of Coverack where you can see the pretty flora and fauna that is unique to this part of the world.
The bedroom has a king-size bed where you can catch glimpses of the sea and is decorated in calming tones for your romantic getaway. Just on the other side of the entrance hall the modern bathroom has a lovely bath for a soak, where you can lie amongst the bubbles.
The apartment is only a quarter of a mile along the coast path to the picturesque village of Coverack. The village has a lovely pub, restaurants, water sports and a large, sandy cove perfect for exploring.
The grounds have private gardens, a tennis court and woodland area to explore, or if you fancy, perhaps pop along the footpath to find hidden coves or the amazing Terence Coventry Sculpture Park. Venture out to Lizard Point and experience the wild and rugged walks at the most southerly point in England. Make sure to get your daily intake of ice cream or delicious fudge at Roskilly's. Lowenna is a lovely place for a retreat by the sea.
