Tuell Farm is an undiscovered rural haven of peace nestling in the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are 28 acres to explore on this tranquil farm with Grey Face Dartmoor sheep, cattle, free-range chickens and the ponies Princess and Poppy.
Close to the village of Milton Abbot, this is a lovely barn conversion on the end of a terrace of three. The interior is stylish, with a well-fitted kitchen and a cosy sitting/dining-room. Upstairs there are two pretty bedrooms and a family bathroom. A wood-burner and under-floor heating ensures Horseshoe Cottage is always warm and welcoming, whatever the season or weather. Fig Tree Cottage (2347) is next door and is connected by a fully secured and sound proofed interconnecting door, beyond that is a private home.
Dartmoor is just down the road, and both north and south coasts are within easy driving distance. The nearby market town of Tavistock has a pannier market and interesting shops, and activities close by include canoeing, cycling and the latest craze of tree surfing.
