Cowslip like Meadowsweet (1430), is a detached granite barn which has two steps leading into the living-room, where neutral walls and polished wood floors frame the warmly coloured furnishings. There is a pine fitted kitchen-area, a shower-room and a cosy double bedroom. Outside, there is a large gravelled patio and a lawn to one side.
These two small, detached granite barns sit harmoniously in a peaceful rural setting just outside the small village of Lanlivery looking towards the Luxulyan Valley, a woodland landscape in a designated World Heritage Site. Cowslip is compact but comfortably furnished, the only other neighbours are the owners, who farm the surrounding fields. From the gravelled driveway Meadowsweet (1430) is on the right and Cowslip is tucked neatly to the left, a low granite wall separating the two and mature hedges sheltering them both.
