The owner kindly rang us shortly after we arrived to check everything was in order. We appreciated the welcome tea and scones and other goodies. Kitchen was very well equipped, much better than other cottages (not Classic) that we have stayed in. We also liked the fact that the property had a bath, when so many smaller properties seem to have just a shower....

Made to feel very welcome with the cream tea laid out, flowers and chocolates. We hadn't expected all the extras eg milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, tissues etc These were very much appreciated. The accommodation was very quiet, just what we needed.

Thank you so much for a perfect stay at Kynance Cottage. We couldn’t have asked for anything better it was simply perfect. Such a cosy and homely living space with lovely decor and superb cleanliness. The extra touches such as scones with jam and cream, a tea and coffee station and little chocolates made it extra special!
