Kynance exceeded our expectations, every touch had been thought about from the comfort of the furnishings to the quality of the bed linen and towels. The Easter gifts we were an added surprise and delight. It was lovely to be in the centre of the village and enjoy the peace and quiet all around. It was a beautiful retreat for us to return to each day and it catered for all our needs....

Kynance was probably the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in. It was very very comfortable and modern with everything you need, not just for a holiday but to actually live there. The bed and furniture was lovely and comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The welcome cream teas and shortbread were lovely. The surrounding area was very nice too well kept and also very clean. With 2 pubs no more than a 2 minute walk that was also a bonus. The old Inn is definitely the best by far for food, and drink. We will certainly be back at some point. Not a negative thing to say about Kynance atall. Thank you....
