Jane and Stephen were very welcoming with flowers, chocolate cake and milk waiting for us. The cottage was very comfortable, the new kitchen is to a high standard, well equipped and clean. A beautiful and quiet location with a lovely garden and patio area. We made use of the board games and chess set. We love the Lizard Peninsula and look forward to returning again. Great location right on the farm. Baby cows were very cute! Owners, Jane & Steve, were very welcoming, helpful & so friendly. A lovely chocolate cake was there for our arrival. And Skye the Border Collie was adorable!

Owners were outstanding - nothing was too much trouble, homely and welcoming. Property was in excellent condition and is well maintained. Welcoming chocolate cake, orange juice and milk were much appreciated. Idyllic location - quiet/tranquil/relaxing. Perfect holiday....

The cottage was very well equipped and the owners thought of everything the views from all the front windows overlooked the working farm and was lovely to watch the everyday workings of the farm
