This property was in a good location, had parking, and could easily walk to the coastal paths and into Tintagel. It had everything you needed, and was very comfortable. The sea views and surrounding countryside was beautiful. You could sit in the conservatory and watch the sunsets. ...

We enjoyed our stay very much, everything we needed was there. The conservatory is marvelous. Bossiney is a nice quiet place (the caravan Parc next door was empty?!) , whereas Cornwall villages can be (sometimes too) busy! Access to the coastal path from the property is absolutely great! And.. What a dog friendly country and property this is! Our experience with customer support (due to a minor problem in the front yard) was fine. ...

The property is in an ideal location close to coastal paths, Tintagel and Boscastle. The beds were comfortable and the property had everything you’d need for a home-from-home break away. However, the property is in need of some redecorating - particularly the bathroom. Mould is a significant factor on bathroom ceiling, shower trim and floor. The views from the conservatory to the coastline are beautiful - the sunsets were amazing. Sadly though, you’re not made aware of Ocean Cove holiday park which immediately borders the property and where several vans are just a few steps away. It was noisy at the park the first weekend we were there and I imagine through the summer, when at capacity, it will be even noisier. We were lucky with the weather and spent our days out - we found Bossiney View was an ideal base to tour the area from. ...

To reassure you, the owner decorates throughout every other year, and just two years ago the flooring, curtains, lounge furniture, rugs, and soft furnishings were all renewed. Last year further investment was made in the landscaping and conservatory, and many items in the kitchen were replaced. We’re also pleased to confirm that the mould in the bathroom has now been fully addressed. We’re sorry to hear that you were disturbed by the nearby holiday park. The Ocean Cove parking area is private, and although we haven’t previously received reports of noise, we’ll be monitoring future feedback closely.
