If you are thinking about booking Pen Den Har just do it! We had an amazing week in August, the house is close enough to the beach to walk down in your swimming costumes with just a towel, we swam from the steps round the corner to the beach everyday. The views from the terraces and rooms are amazing. The house is well equpped and had everything we needed for our stay of 8 adults and two children. The gardens are beautiful with lots of different areas to explore. We used the hot tub everyday which was maintained during our stay. Local pubs are great with entertainment and reasonably priced good food. Some of our party arrived by train and could get the ferry from Plymouth to the beach which was a lovely way to arrive. Hope to return as it is a stunning place for a holiday....

A wonderful house in a wonderful village. Spacious, with lovely views, Pen den Har and Kingsand are a hidden gem, away from the many overrun places in Cornwall. Highly recommended for those planning a holiday for 8-10 people.
