The house was beautiful, we really loved staying there. So easy to walk down into Falmouth, great shops and restaurants nearby.

The interior decor was so nice and kitchen was well equipment.

Overall a nice flat which is comfortable and enough room for 2, and dog, he loved the biscuits. Car parking was sometimes a lottery

Number 67 provides a great base for exploring this great area of Cornwall with your four-legged friend. There is a parking space for one car on the access road behind the property as parking on the road can be a squeeze. Sarah, Customer Support

Housekeeper was friendly and helpful and arranged to have an ironing board delivered within a day. Very comfortable bed Pretty garden area with lovely seating area but to use it it really needs a parasol as the area is a sun trap with little shade. Fabulous cooker When we arrived it was not possible to park in the designated space bc doing so would have blocked the access road as others had parked directly opposite our space. We sent e mails to ask whether this was permitted - we received no reply. A designated parking space is a deciding factor in renting a holiday property. It needs to be made clear in the description whether the designated parking space is available for use at at all times or whether its use is dependent upon the parking practices of neighbours. Overflowing drain in the wet room causing flooding (housekeeper attended to this quickly) was a recurring issue & was unpleasant to deal with. Shutters are fitted on the lounge bay window but only on the bottom half and are insufficient to block out blinding sunlight in the late afternoons & evenings. This made making use of the sofa to read and watch TV in the evenings impossible. A file for instructions for all appliances, broadband etc would be useful. On our first morning the hot water would not work. The central heating system needed refilling with water but no instructions on where to locate and how to fill the boiler (the boiler is concealed behind a false wall in the bathroom). ...

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found the housekeeper friendly and helpful, and that you enjoyed the comfortable bed, pretty garden area and fabulous cooker. We're very sorry that you experienced issues during your stay, particularly with the parking arrangements, the wet room drain and the hot water. We also apologise sincerely for missing your emails about the parking at the time; we appreciate how frustrating that must have been, especially when designated parking is an important factor in choosing a holiday property. Following your comments, the parking information has now been updated on our website to make the arrangements clearer, and future guests have also been made aware ahead of their stay. We're grateful that you highlighted this, as it has helped us improve the information we provide. We've also noted your helpful suggestions regarding shade in the garden, the lounge shutters and a guest information file for appliances, broadband and heating instructions, and we'll share these with the property owner for consideration. Thank you again for your review and for bringing these matters to our attention....
