You can immerse yourself in the setting in the sitting-room.

There's a second sitting-room should you want some quiet time. There is also a separate office, should you need to catch up on work.
Patio doors lead out to the front of Great Meadow Retreat.
The sunny terrace is the place for morning coffee, leisurely lunches and evening barbecues.
The spacious garden is a real treat.
Set on the ground floor, a comfy super-king bed awaits in bedroom 1.
Light floods in through the large windows.
Bedroom 2 is also on the ground floor.
Here we have a 'zip and link' bed which can be set up as a king-size double or two singles (2'6") - the choice is yours.

The family bathroom sits on the ground floor with a free-standing bath......
.....and separate shower cubicle.
There is also a wet-room on the ground floor, leading off from the utility-room.
Bedroom 4 is wonderfully light and airy.
A comfy king-size bed is the order of the day.
The view from bedroom 4 looks over the front garden stretching out to Helman Tor. (Please note the telephone box is purely ornamental).
Hidden in the wardrobe is a desk, should you need to catch up some work whilst you are away.
Step into bedroom 5.
This double bed is dressed to impress.
Bedroom 5 is set on the first floor with the shower-room right next door.
The charming single bedroom sits on the first floor.
This shower-room is on the first floor with easy access for bedrooms 4, 5 and 6.
On balmy summer evenings fire up the barbecue.
The front gardens as you arrive at your rural retreat.
The play equipment will keep the younger members entertained.
There's a covered area at the front for when you want some shade from the sunshine.
The nature reserve of Helman Tor is right on your doorstep.
There's a great choice of sheltered bays with calm waters along the south coast.
Spend the day at Lanhydrock (National Trust) to visit the historic house, explore the gardens and parkland and a network of cycle trails.
For a complete change of scenery, a trip to Fowey with its trendy boutiques and galleries, and a great choice of places to eat and drink, will not disappoint.
Discover the timeless charm of the iconic fishing village of Polperro.
A little further down the coast, historic Charlestown is a delight.

This was one of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in. It was the perfect bolt hole for exploring Cornwall. We loved the outside space which allowed our children plenty of room while the kitchen was well equipped and made family meals a dream. We would highly recommend and stay again. ...
