This is a fantastic holiday home. We spent New Year week enjoying Croyde and the surrounding area. Ocean Sands was the perfect house to return to after long walks on the beaches. Really spacious living room and kitchen, all very well equipped. The 4 bedrooms are very comfortable - great beds, fabulous modern shower rooms and bathroom with excellent showers. House was warm and cosy. We didn't use the garden but I can see what a great space it would be in summer. Views of the sea and sunsets from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom are great. The whole house is bright and sunny and just a lovely place to spend time with family. Would definitely recommend....

The booking, instructions and access was all easy and the beds made up to the configuration we needed for our group. The house is in an amazing location to enjoy very nearby Croyde beach and village as well as walks to other beaches like Puttsborough. The house caters for luxury and comfort washed down with stunning sea views. We were torn between sundowners in the garden vs the fun places in the village and just along the beach. Similarly great places to eat out but a well equipped kitchen makes nights in so easy. Nearby activities in/on the sea such as coasteering or boogie boarding are a great way to wear out the younger and older guests but all of us enjoy the hot water outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. I miss not being able to hear the sea when I wake up. But we will be back at Ocean Sands, for sure....

A stunning property close to the beach and village . Spacious and beautifully designed and furnished it exceeded our expectations. The outside is fabulous and the awning for hot sunny days was perfect for dining. Highly recommend !
