The Garden Flat sits below the owners' home. They have a completely separate entrance and garden so you can enjoy your own space.
The sunsets are quite spectacular.
Stunning coastal vistas await along the coastal path.
You have your own private parking-area to the side of Seascape-The Garden Flat, a real bonus for Polruan.
Arrive in style as you take the Bodinnick Car Ferry from Fowey to Polruan. There is also a foot ferry direct from Polruan to Fowey.
Right on the quayside The Lugger Inn is one of two traditional pubs in Polruan.
Polruan has a wonderful setting right on the headland at the mouth of the River Fowey.
The working fishing town of Looe provides traditional seaside charm where you can try your luck at crab, mackerel or even deep sea shark fishing.
At Lanhydrock (National Trust) you can explore the historic house, gardens and parkland or take to two wheels along the cycle trails.

Spotless, good views and picturesque village - hard walk back up hill but then when you are on holiday time is not a problem. Loved accessibility to both coastal walks and Fowey without having to start the car. Highlight(s): First and last evening a cruise ship came into view, plus second night dolphins spotted through binoculars out at sea - magical....

It sounds like you had a fabulous stay - we're very envious that you spotted the dolphins! As mentioned in the description, the hill is a little steep but there is a bus for those who don't fancy the walk. We're glad you enjoyed the coastal walks and exploring the local area. This was a complete surprise, we booked a cottage in Devon, that property was damaged in the winter storms, classic cottages found this property for us, it’s a lovely flat with super views, but at 78 years the very steep slope down the Polruan was too much for me, we had wonderful weather and took the car ferry to Fowey, also visited Polperro , Looe, Seaton and many more beautiful spots, this is a perfect place for those wishing to walk the coastal path....
