Lovely spacious property. Spotlessly clean. Exactly as described. Plenty of equipment if you want to cook. Could do with an empty cupboard to store cereals, crisps, biscuits etc. Comfy bed. Lots of bedroom storage. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely holiday bungallow spotlessly clean well equiped especially the kitchen which has everything you could possiblly need to do your own catering if wanted. Large enough for 4 people with two really spacious bedrooms we used the twin bedded room which are 4feet beds and very comfortable the whole bungallow is light and airy the lounge has patio doors which lead out into the garden which is great if you have a dog. Nice garden with good quality furnature which will be great in the summer months. Lovely pub just around the corner which serves great food and beach is not far. Village is very pretty quiet and not far from the rest of the coastal villages and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning in june with some family members....

We had a wonderful holiday at Sancia. It was very comfortable, clean and conveniently situated. Would definitely return to discover more of the Norfolk coast.
