A cosy, comfortable and very well equipped cottage suitable for a self catering holiday. The cottage is in the grounds of the owner’s home. The owner was helpful but not intrusive. Good location being very close to Truro and excellent for the places we planned to visit. A cream tea awaited us on our arrival, a lovely touch. Waitrose delivered to the door. We had a wonderful week....

We had a fantastic weeks stay at The Barton. The property was exceptional inside and out. Even better than the photos! It was so homely, comfortable and in a great location to visit around Cornwall. Emma, the owner, was so friendly and welcoming. She provided local knowledge and was on hand for anything we needed to make our stay perfect. Thank you to Emma for the lovely cream tea provided that was a special touch. Would highly recommend a stay here to anyone and would stay here again if coming to this part of Cornwall....

The Barton is a beautiful cottage . Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is good not far from dog friendly beaches. Also plenty of walks on your doorstep. The weather was great and we made use of the outside space with comfortable garden furniture.
