Brooks Cottage is a beautiful place to stay and in the heart of the village with incredible views from the master bedroom over the sea. It's wonderfully furnished and maintained, with separate living and kitchen spaces which worked perfectly for our family with teenage children. We used the outdoor patio for drying wetsuits and really appreciated having a separate washer/dryer for a house for 6 in the utility room. It was the perfect holiday cottage. We loved it and would really like to come back....

We’ve been coming to St Mawes for 40 years, staying in many cottages around the village but Brooks Cottage certainly has the most magnificent of views. We found it very clean and well appointed and would have no hesitation in recommending this place. ...
